Plus, the residual heat indicator also helps to tell when it is safe to touch the cooktop after turning the hot plates off. Shipping is calculated per item from your delivery postcode, so you only pay the real cost of getting your order to your door. Returns and warranty
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on this page. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
Changed your mind? You can return most items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you and a 10 percent restocking fee applies. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we make it right at no cost to you with a replacement or full refund including shipping.
