Delivery timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Items are dispatched from Australian warehouses within 1 to 3 working days after your order is placed, and delivery typically takes a further 3 to 8 working days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 working days in total.

Metro areas usually sit at the faster end of that range. Regional and remote addresses, including parts of WA, NT and TAS, can take a few days longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated per item from your delivery postcode, so you only ever pay the real cost of getting your order to your address. Enter your address at checkout and the exact shipping cost is shown before you pay; there are no surcharges or hidden handling fees.

• Many of our items ship free Australia wide.
• For orders with multiple items, shipping is worked out for each item and added together. Items may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes from different warehouses.
• The same item can cost a different amount to ship to different postcodes; bulky items to remote areas cost the most.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Depending on the item, your parcel is carried by Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease or another major Australian courier, and can be tracked on the carrier's website.

Things to note

• We currently deliver within Australia only.
• Some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers; please use a street address where possible.
• A small number of remote postcodes may be unserviceable for bulky items. If that affects your order we will contact you and refund in full.
• Delivery estimates are in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Please double check your delivery address before paying. Once an order is placed the address cannot be changed; if you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try to cancel and re-place the order before it ships.
