Shipping is calculated per item from your delivery postcode, so you only pay the real cost of getting your order to your door. Orders are dispatched from an Australian warehouse within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery then takes a further 3 to 8 working days depending on your location. Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email, carried by Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease or another major Australian courier.
Returns and warranty
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on this page. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
Changed your mind? You can return most items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you and a 10 percent restocking fee applies. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we make it right at no cost to you with a replacement or full refund including shipping.
