The ladder fully extends to 2.6M and collapses neatly into an easy-to-carry 76cm tall, 5cm wide bundle with an easy-carry strap. The steps are a generous 4cm for stability and the legs are fitted with anti-slip end caps to prevent slippage and protect floors. The ladder has a secure lock to keep the steps in place, and a slow descent when collapsing to prevent trapped fingers. Everything ships from Australian warehouses with full tracking, and we deliver within Australia only.
Shipping is calculated per item from your delivery postcode, so you only pay the real cost of getting your order to your door. Many items ship free Australia wide, look for the free shipping label on the product. Orders with multiple items are costed per item and may arrive in separate parcels.
Orders are dispatched from an Australian warehouse within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery then takes a further 3 to 8 working days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 working days in total. Returns and warranty
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on this page. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
Changed your mind? You can return most items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you and a 10 percent restocking fee applies. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we make it right at no cost to you with a replacement or full refund including shipping.
